Thankful

I'm thankful today for several things.

My DD was in an accident yesterday when she was on the way to my house for Mother's Day. She's fine. Car not so much. She was in a multi-car crash on the interstate. Fortunately the cars weren't up to speed so her air bag didn't even deploy. The front is all crashed/smashed but she is able to drive it.

She came by the office today and brought me flowers and a very sweet card. I was glad to see she is ok. Really ticked off because she got the ticket as the last one in the line. I'm just thankful she is ok.

Secondly, I'm thankful that my gift arrived in time for my Grand nephew's Birthday party. I didn't think it would arrive in time but it did. His mom said he was surprised. Hope that means he liked it.
